From One Room to Something More
What began in 2014 as a simple family dream, with just one room, has gently grown into something much more meaningful.
FEEL was never just about accommodation. It has always been about connection.
We started as a small family homestay, welcoming guests into our home, sharing our food, our space and our everyday way of life. Built by our family with love and intention, FEEL has grown into two warm and welcoming spaces — Feel Villa and Feel Beach Apartments.
Today, we welcome guests across 10 thoughtfully created rooms, with swimming pools and all the comforts you need. But at heart, nothing has changed.
We are still a family place. Simple. Personal. Local.
A Family Behind FEEL
We are Victor and Deepi, together with our children, Binu and Methu.
Our family is part of everyday life at FEEL — from welcoming guests and sharing meals to sitting together over a cup of tea and exchanging stories.
Meeting people from different parts of the world is something we genuinely love.
Every guest arrives with a story.
Every conversation creates a memory.
And somehow, many guests leave as friends.

At FEEL, we don’t want you to simply stay in Sri Lanka.
We want you to experience Sri Lanka.
Our food, our tea and coffee, our family life, our traditions, our nature and our everyday rhythm are all part of the experience.
You may see how a Sri Lankan family lives, how children grow up surrounded by nature, how food is prepared, or simply how an ordinary day unfolds.
Nothing is overly curated.
It is real Sri Lankan life, shared with you.
Nature Is Part of Our Family
Nature has always been close to our hearts.
We love greenery, flowers, the ocean and, especially, caring for animals.
Our rescued cat Rexy and rescued dog Boji are now part of our family. Their stories are a reminder that a little kindness can change a life.
They are loved, cared for and, of course, very much part of the FEEL family.

If you want to explore beyond the usual tourist experience, we love sharing the Sri Lanka we know and love.
Kayaking, fishing, diving, train journeys, bicycle rides, boat trips, walking tours, local food and discovering hidden corners of the island — we are happy to help you experience them in a simple and authentic way.
Because for us, travel is not only about seeing places.
It is about connecting with people, discovering something new and becoming part of the place you visit.
Our Next Dream
Our journey doesn’t stop here.
We are now building our next dream in Sigiriya, in the heart of Sri Lanka.
Surrounded by untouched nature and close to the iconic Sigiriya Lion Rock, we have discovered a peaceful and remote place within an elephant sanctuary area.
Our dream is to create a small, eco-friendly lodge where guests can truly immerse themselves in nature.
A place that is quiet.
Raw.
Natural.
And beautifully Sri Lankan.
Imagine waking up to the sounds of the wild, breathing fresh air, walking among nature and simply disconnecting from the outside world.
It will carry the same spirit of FEEL — but even closer to nature.
From One Room to a Growing Family
From one room in 2014 to two family spaces today, our journey has grown in ways we never imagined.
And soon, our story will continue into the heart of Sri Lanka’s wilderness.
But our belief remains the same:
